      Professional Scrum MasterTM(PSM) provides learners the requisite tools and understanding to competently use Scrum in everyday teamwork. The training covers a broad understanding of basics of Scrum, and elucidatesits practical approach besides Scrum framework and mechanics. The learning encompasses team dynamics, team motivation, conflict resolution and improved planning and estimation among other aspects.

      There are no specific prerequisites for attending this training or attempting the exam.

      Certification
      On successful completion of the Professional Scrum MasterTM course, candidates will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment, and can subsequently go on to undertake level II and III. The assessments are conducted by Scrum.org and the certification is maintained by them.

      The Exam
      The PSM I, II and III level certifications are achieved on obtaining a minimum passing score in a rigorous assessment, which is held online.

      PSM I holders understand the basics thoroughly, and are able to use globally accepted terminology and approaches to Scrum.PSM II holders have a deep understanding of the principles and processes that underpin Scrum methodology and can effectively apply Scrum in the organizational context. PSM III certification holders demonstrate a distinguished level of mastery over Scrum.

    • Professional Scrum Product Owner

    • OVERVIEW

      The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) course is an intensive two-day training program on how to capitalize on software products and systems. The course is aimed to help participants minimize the total cost of ownership of their products and systems that would greatly benefit the organization.

      Participants learn and crystallize this understanding through instruction and team-based exercises. The depth of the Product Owner’s accountability in delivering a successful project becomes clear from an Agile viewpoint on product management.

      Our course is run according to the internationally approved training concept of scrum.org. This course is conducted by our certified Professional Scrum Trainers. You will get in-depth coaching to clear both PSPO I and PSPO II certifications.       The PSPO online exam is a rigorous exam and requires a minimum passing score in order to achieve the certification. There are two options for Professional Scrum Product Owner assessment: PSPO I and PSPO II. PSPO I must be passed before attempting the much more difficult PSPO II.

      Scaled Professional Scrum™ (SPS) with Nexus™ is a 2-day course that is designed as an experiential workshop where students learn how to scale Scrum using the Nexus Framework. Throughout, you are introduced to the artifacts and events within the framework, the new Nexus Integration Team role, along with more than 50 associated practices.
